BUYING VEHICLES

When we buy your vehicles, we would need the following 8 documents.
- 1. 車検証 (Car Registration Document)
- 2. 自賠自賠責保険証書 (Jibaiseki Insurance Certificate)責保険証書
- 3. 自動車リサイクル券 (Jidousha Recycle)
- 4. 自動車税納税証明書 (Certificate of automobile tax payment)
- 5. 印鑑証明 (Certificate of a seal impression)
- 6. 譲渡証 (Certification of transfer)
- 7. 委任状 (Power of attorney)
- 8. 住民票 (Certificate of residence - if the address on the registration document is different from current residence address.)
Please let us know Registration year, Model Code, Color, Mileage and Equipments of your car.
PROCEDURES FOR SELLING YOUR VEHICLE TO US
1. CONTACT US
Please let us know the details and condition of your vehicles such as Make, Model, Grade, Year, Millage, color, equipments and etc.
2. INSPECTION
We check the condition of your vehicle and offer you our buying price. We would like to ask you to drive your vehicle to our office for inspection, but we may be able to send our staff to your place for inspection in some area.
3. DOCUMENTS
If you agree on our buying price, Please prepare for the documents such as Car Registration Document, Certificate of Seal Impression, Certificate of Transfer, Power of Attorney, Certificate of Automobile Tax Payment and etc.
4. SALES CONTRACT & PAYMENT
When we make a contract to buy your vehicle and receive the required documents, we will make a payment to your bank account.
5. TRANSFER REGISTRATION
After the transfer registration of the vehicle is done, we will email you a copy of registration document so that you can check that the name of owner is really changed to our company name.
